What is most important?

Working every day, the pressures, the lack of time management and, in general, our daily routine keeps us from seeing clearly what is really important. That is why this time I am addressing you all to think about what is most important

Before beginning, I would like to invite you all to think about what is really important and where on our list of priorities it should be.

Several times, we have talked about the importance of working with dedication and determination, to do things right the first time, to reach objectives, etc. And even though all of us, in one way or another, say that the things we do are for the family, are we really being congruent? I don’t want to put any one person’s actions on trial. It’s just that many times, simply put, the routine is the reason why we spend our time handling matters that are probably not a priority at that moment.

We have also discussed the importance of being congruent in our values and, even though this is not the subject on this occasion, I would like to show the importance of living congruently and likewise get to know what it is that really interests us, what moves us, and what makes us struggle every day. That is why on this occasion I would like to invite you to reflect on that and to put your best foot forward to nurture and strengthen that which is truly important to you; that you don’t stop trying to reach your goal, to be congruent every day, to be genuine, and to show what you are made of.

Working for the family is something that we should be very proud of. That is why the family comes first in our list of priorities.

The family is the foundation of society as a whole and being so, we should foster strengthening it. That is why at TDR we have developed a new program that, by any reckoning, will support family coexistence and at the same time help create better business practices in order to turn them into benefits for all. This program will be called NET and is geared towards those operators who want to spend more time with the family, for those who are convinced that the family comes first, for those that live congruently, and for those who want a better lifestyle.

The primary objective is the most important one.
